Das ist Deine Rolle

Du entwickelst die Finanztip-Website technisch und inhaltlich weiter. Dank Deiner Erfahrung mit React, TypeScript und modernen Komponentenarchitekturen gestaltest Du intuitive, barrierearme Interfaces.
Von der Idee bis zum Live-Betrieb verantwortest Du eigenständige Anwendungen und entwickelst saubere APIs, um durchdachte Lösungen umzusetzen. PHP gehört zu Deinem Handwerkszeug – idealerweise ergänzt durch moderne Frameworks wie Laravel oder Symfony.
Du steuerst die technische Roadmap, triffst Architekturentscheidungen und gestaltest gemeinsam mit dem Team die langfristige Entwicklung unserer Systeme. Komplexe Herausforderungen gehst Du strukturiert und lösungsorientiert an.
Mit gezielter Personalisierung schaffst Du noch mehr Relevanz für unsere Nutzer:innen. Dabei denkst Du strategisch, datengestützt und immer im Sinne des Produkts.
Als Schnittstelle zwischen Product, Engineering und IT bringst Du Teams zusammen, sorgst für klare Kommunikation und abgestimmte Prioritäten.
Du setzt hohe technische Standards, unterstützt Dein Team mit Mentoring und gestaltest ein Umfeld, in dem neue Kolleg:innen gut ankommen.
Sehr gutes Englisch und gutes Deutsch helfen Dir dabei, dich sicher im internationalen Umfeld zu bewegen.

Kurz & knapp - Damit kannst du punkten:

Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in React und TypeScript mit.
Außerdem gehört PHP, idealerweise inklusive der Frameworks Laravel oder Symfony, zu Deinem Handwerkszeug.
Klare Kommunikation gehört ebenso zu Deinen Stärken wie lösungsorientiertes Denken.
Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
On top bist du bereit, für diese Rolle mindestens 3 Tage pro Woche vor Ort in unserem Münchner Office zu sein.

Das ist Dein Team

Du wirst Teil unseres IT-Teams unter der Leitung von Daniele Cinquantini (CTO). Dein direktes Team ist das vierköpfige Teilteam „Website & Calculators“. In Deiner Rolle arbeitest Du eng mit anderen Developern zusammen und stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit unseren Produktmanagern, um technische Umsetzung und Produktziele optimal aufeinander abzustimmen.

About your role

You further develop the Finanztip website — both technically and in terms of content. With your experience in React, TypeScript, and modern component architectures, you design intuitive and accessible interfaces.
From idea to production, you take ownership of independent applications and develop clean APIs to implement well-thought-out solutions. PHP is part of your toolkit — ideally complemented by modern frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
You drive the technical roadmap, make architecture decisions, and shape the long-term development of our systems together with the team. You approach complex challenges in a structured and solution-oriented way.
Through targeted personalization, you create even more relevance for our users. Your thinking is strategic, data-driven, and always focused on the product.
Acting as a bridge between Product, Engineering, and IT, you bring teams together, ensure clear communication, and align priorities.
You set high technical standards, support your team through mentoring, and foster an environment where new colleagues feel welcome and empowered.
Your excellent English and solid German skills allow you to navigate confidently in an international environment.

In a nutshell - What sets you apart:

You have solid experience with React and TypeScript.
PHP is also part of your skill set, ideally including frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
Cear communication and solution-oriented thinking are among your strengths.
Fluent German and English complete your profile.
On top of that, you’re willing to work on-site at our Munich office at least three days a week for this role.

About your team

You’ll join our IT department under the leadership of Daniele Cinquantini (CTO), working directly within the sub team “Website & Culculators” (4 developers). In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with fellow developers and interface regularly with our product managers to align technical implementation with product goals.
