About your role
- You’ll design and develop new recommendation systems for relevant user journeys, content, tools and next-best actions, while continuously improving existing solutions – drawing on your solid knowledge of data analysis, statistics, AI and machine learning.
- You’ll break down complex questions into manageable components and turn them into clear solutions and actionable work packages, using your critical and analytical thinking skills as well as your initiative.
- By analysing data on our users, content and products, you’ll identify opportunities to make our recommendations more helpful and personalised and translate your findings into impactful solutions.
- You’ll apply AI and machine learning to a variety of business challenges, such as automated analysis processes or content classification. Curiosity, a willingness to experiment and an eagerness to learn will help you succeed.
- Through statistical and strategic analyses, you’ll provide a solid data foundation for decision-making and measure the quality and impact of existing solutions.
- You have a strong background in data analysis, statistics, AI, and machine learning.
- You are fluent in English, and German language skills are a plus.
- As close collaboration with different teams is an important part of this role, you will work from our Munich office at least three days per week.
About your team
You will join our Data Science team and work closely with colleagues from Engineering, Editorial, and Product Management. You'll contribute your expertise across a range of topics and collaborate with numerous stakeholders, ensuring successful cross-functional teamwork through clear and effective communication.
